Our Meeting Rooms
De Bary offers six unique meeting rooms, each distinct in size and design, suitable for events such as meetings, product launches, private dining, and receptions, up to 50 people. Our meeting rooms are available on weekdays from 8:00h to 18:00h. Availability outside of opening hours is possible on request. During evenings and weekends, special events for up to 150 people can be accommodated in the brasserie, bar and meeting rooms.

Red Room
Classical room, with a view over the Herengracht, modernly furnished with designer furniture. Suitable for larger meetings, lectures, dinners and other social events.

Vault
The Kluis is a very special meeting room with many preserved historical elements. The private character also makes the room very suitable for dinners.

Green Room
Classic style room, with a view of the Herengracht, modernly furnished with high-end design. Suitable for larger meetings, lectures, dinners and other social events. 10-22 persons

Bovenkamer
From the upper room you have a beautiful view of the canal garden. This space is very suitable for small meetings, workshops or training. 2-8 persons * can be booked by the hour.

Schutterskamer
Atmospheric meeting room with round table and small seating area. This room is also ideal for a business lunch or dinner. 2-6 persons * can be booked by the hour.

From the upper room you have a beautiful view on De Bary’s garden. This space is highly suited for small meetings, workshops or training sessions.

The elegant period rooms provide the perfect backdrop for receptions, dinners, or themed evenings, while the hidden vaults in the basement create a distinctive atmosphere for tastings. For an intimate private dinner with key clients, the Schutterskamer offers an exclusive and refined setting.
With interconnected spaces, De Bary can seamlessly host up to 150 guests, whether for a sophisticated walking dinner, an oyster bar, or a lively gathering with curated music.
Modern audiovisual equipment, including projectors, screens, flip charts, and whiteboards, is available to enhance presentations and events.
